Well located in Sydney, YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - it's central to everywhere I wanted to go, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. But what really made my stay special was the fantastic and lovely staff, Pawan and Bijay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They even upgraded my room and provided a free breakfast, which was such a nice surprise. I felt truly pampered and taken care of. I was also impressed by the flexibility the staff showed when it came to check-in and check-out. They gave me early check-in and stored my luggage for a few hours during check-out, which made my trip so much smoother. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location, staff, and amenities are all top-notch, and I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so memorable!

The complimentary breakfast was absolutely divine. Several options and a fresh juice station where you could make your own fresh juice. The staff was overly accommodating and so friendly. Always smiles. I very much recommend others to stay at the Crowne Plaza. My boyfriend and I had an exceptional experience. Beds were comfy, wifi was fast and never had a problem with it, property was pristinely clean, and all around it was a perfect stay. Not to mention, the location of the hotel is amazing. Right next to bud stop, train stations. Short walk to the bridge & opera house. Several bars, cafes, convenience stores and restaurants right in the vicinity.
