Details: Crystal Creek Resort is now Victoria's premier alpine resort for families, groups, and individuals. In summer you can go fly fishing, horse riding, or hiking. Crystal Creek Resort is located on the Great Alpine road between Bright and Omeo. It is approximately 4.5 hours from Melbourne by either taking the Princes Highway or the Hume Freeway. Chains must be carried during ski season. A 10 minute drive east from Dinner Plain is Mount Hotham airport with flights from Melbourne and Sydney. A minimum booking in August is required. The property is non smoking and has disabled facilities. This property has 15 hotel style rooms, a licensed restaurant, bar, internal spa and an outdoor swimming pool. Other property facilities include transfers, sauna, conference facilities, lounge (TV, video), drying room, guest laundry, and a public phone. The room facilities include central heating, doonas, king bed (7), queen bed (8), refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, cable TV, and cot (fee).
